JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-07-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "(i) To direct the respondents to enquire the illegality and irregularity of Mukhiya of Parta Gram Panchayat and institute a proper FIR against the earning persons who deliberate and intentionally collected movable and immovable property by taking illegal method and purchase several land.
(ii) To constitute independent agency to enquire/investigate the case proper and do the
Patna High Court CWJC No.6922 of 2024(2) dt.04-07-2024 2/2 needful against Mukhiya of Parta Gram Panchayat Shyam Bihari Rai, Anita Kumari and Navnit Kumar Rai."
2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Superintendent of Police, Aurangabad, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances.
3. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
4. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
