Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Harlakhi P.S. Case No. 106 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
On a secret information police reached the place and seized 157 liters of country made foreign liquor near the canal.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has not been apprehended on the spot. The name of the petitioner has been disclosed by local Chaukidar and Dafadar. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has been

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum Special Judge Excise Act, Madhubani, in connection with Harlakhi P.S.
