2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Buxar (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 405 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 115 (2), 117(2), 109, 126(2), 352, 351(2), 303(2), 74, 3(5) of BNS.
3. As per the allegation, on trivial issue of quarreling between the children, the petitioner is alleged to have assaulted by means of iron rod on the head of the informant, while coaccused Raja Paswan assaulted by means of lathi on left hand of the informant, while this petitioner is also alleged to have snatched the gold chain from the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the occurrence took place at the spur of moment over a
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23254 of 2026(3) dt.07-05-2026 2/2 petty dispute and there is no allegation of repetition of blow against him and the petitioner is in custody since 07.01.2026 and has got clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
6. Heard the parties and perused the record.
7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Buxar/Successor Court, in connection with Buxar (Muffasil) P.S.
