It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he would be satisfied if a direction be issued to the Executive Officer, Nagar Parishad, Madhubani to dispose of his representation, detailing his grievances about his not being promoted to the post of Office Assistant despite his being entitled to get that promotion.

The prayer appears to be genuine.

Should such a representation be filed by the petitioner before the Respondent No. 2 / the Executive Officer, Nagar Parishad, Madhubani within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be disposed of by a

Patna High Court CWJC No.6442 of 2019(2) dt.23-04-2019 2/2 reasoned order within a further period of six weeks thereafter.

With the aforesaid observation / direction, this petition stands disposed of.
