JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 22-10-2016 The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, in presence of the learned State counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, submits that for grant of appropriate relief(s) with respect to the land in question, the petitioners have approached the learned Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna by filing B.L.T.Case No. 56 of 2015; therefore, he seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to raise all the issues of facts and law which may be available to the petitioners with respect to the land in question in the pending matter before the learned Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna.

Leave is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
