According to the written report of the informant, it was co-accused Rahuk Kumar Lal, who took the victim and the impugned order goes to show that in course of investigation, one witness namely, Meena Devi disclosed that it was co-accused Rahul Kumar Lal, who had confessed before her that he would kidnapp the victim. Moreover, petitioner no. 1 is father whereas petitioner no. 2 is grandfather of the aforesaid Rahul Kumar Lal and they are languishing in jail custody since 07.08.2016.
