====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-11-2018 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Gaunaha P.S. Case No. 67 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 413, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation as per F.I.R. is that one Bolero vehicle was recovered from the house of the Rafi Mian and he has disclosed that he purchased that vehicle from Vikash Ray and Taufique Main.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated in this case and having no criminal antecedents and he has no knowledge about that the Bolero vehicle is stolen one. Further submission is that other accused persons having having similar allegation have already been granted bail by different Coordinate Benches of this Court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.67128 of 2018(2) dt.27-11-2018 2/2 vide order dated 06.11.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 66930 of 2018, vide order dated 28.09.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 60076 of 2018 and vide order dated 08.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 60299 of 2018. It has also been submitted that the petitioner is in judicial custody since 29.06.2018. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah, in connection with Gaunaha P.S. Case No. 67 of 2018, subject to the condition that petitioner will cooperate in disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court below, failing which, the prosecution shall move for cancellation of his bail bonds.
