The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition of Liquor and Excise Act, 2016.

72 litres of liquor was recovered from the possession of two persons one of them has already been granted bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 02.03.2019. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of three months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21584 of 2019(2) dt.10-04-2019 2/2 pending in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 113 of 2019 with following conditions :

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court below.
