2. The present petition has been preferred:

"for initiating contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for violating the order dated 17.06.2025 passed in CWJC No. 17276 of 2017 by the Hon'ble Court."

3. A show cause of the opposite party on record which incorporate the order dated 23.06.2026 passed by the District Land Acquisition Officer, Madhubani in which the claim for payment as commercial category stands rejected and direction is given to make payment as per the residential category.

4. Granting liberty to the petitioner to agitate the matter, if still aggrieved.

5. Accordingly, the MJC No. 810 of 2026 stands disposed of.
