JUSTICE PARTHA SARTHY ORAL ORDER 30-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P for the State through video conferencing. The instant application has been filed for modification of order dated 14.2.2020 passed in Cr.Misc. no.76704 of 2019 whereby the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner was allowed, however, on page 3 of the said order a typographical error occurred and the name of the police station was incorrectly mentioned as Rajaoun P.S. Case no.80 of 2016 instead of the correct Sanhoulla P.S. Case no.80 of 2016. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and on going through original records of Cr. Misc.no.76704 of 2019 wherein anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner, I find

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19831 of 2020(2) dt.30-06-2020 2/2 that a typographical error has occurred, as submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner. Accordingly, the instant application is allowed, order dated 14.2.2020 passed in Cr.Misc. no.76704 of 2019 is modified to the extent that on page 3 of the said order dated 14.2.2020 the description of the Police Station which has been incorrectly typed as 'Rajaoun P.S. Case No.80 of 2016' should read as 'Sanhoulla P.S. Case no.80 of 2016'. It is further directed that the two petitioners shall be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks from today (30.6.2020). Remaining part/contents of the order dated 14.2.2020 passed in Cr.Misc. no.76704 of 2019 shall remain unchanged.
