====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE V.N. SINHA ORAL ORDER 12-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offence under Sections 307, 326 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. He is named in the First Information Report.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the injury report does not corroborate the allegations levelled against him in the First Information Report.

Let petitioner above named surrender in the court of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with Khanpur P.S. Case No. 35 of 2015 within four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order in the court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40452 of 2015 (2) dt.12-10-2015 2/2 below and thereafter the court below shall verify whether the injury report corroborates the allegation levelled against the petitioner in the First Information Report within two weeks. In case, injury report does not corroborate the allegation levelled against him, he may be considered for grant of bail, otherwise appropriate order in accordance with law be passed. Until such verification is made, no coercive steps be taken against the petitioner.
