Learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to remove the defects within four weeks of resumption of normal court proceedings. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within stipulated period, office will place the matter before the Bench. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application as against petitioner no.1 as he has been apprehended by the police during pendency of this application.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as

Now, this application is heard with regard to petitioner no.2 only.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application as against petitioner no.2 is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, petitioner no.2 is directed to surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today and seek regular bail and the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, in accordance with law. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) shikha/- U T
