Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 394, 414 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner and his associates are said to have snatched Rs. 3000/- from the informant, who happens to be conductor of a bus but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner was bona fide passenger and as a matter of fact, an scuffle took place between petitioner and informant and thereafter, informant lodged this false case with exaggerated story. Moreover, nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner nor petitioner does have any criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as
