The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Pupri P.S. Case No.195 of 2018 registered under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that on 05.05.2018 at about 10.30 in the night, the petitioner and Subani Khan enticed away his sister who had gone to attend the call of nature. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on 06.05.2018, the victim was recovered and she made her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. On 07.05.2018, victim disclosed that she went to the house of her maternal uncle, Birendra Mandal. Nek Mohammad(the petitioner) did not accompany her. Victim herself denied the factum of her

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Pupri, Sitamarhi in connection with Pupri P.S.
