2. CWJC No. 21479 of 2018 was dismissed for nonprosecution on 02.07.2025 for the reasons as stated in the said order.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Mr. Jai Prakash Singh, learned Advocate used to represent the petitioner of the writ application but unfortunately, he was

Patna High Court MJC No.806 of 2026(4) dt.03-07-2026 2/2 suffering from Cancer, which ultimately led to his death on 25.01.2026. It is due to this reason that he was unable to be personally present to prosecute the writ application. Learned counsel for the petitioner, therefore, prays that CWJC No. 21479 of 2018 be restored to its original file.

4. Learned counsel for the opposite party-State does not oppose the prayer for restoration.

5. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this application is allowed and CWJC No. 21479 of 2018 is directed to be restored to its original file.

6. Put up CWJC No. 21479 of 2018 after two weeks of restoration under appropriate heading.
