The petitioner is languishing in custody in connection with Rohtas (Amjhor) Police Station Case No. 43 of 2016 for offences punishable under Sections 175, 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is a Government employee and was working as Panchayat Secretary at the relevant time. Allegation against the petitioner is that he has not submitted the service folder of Teachers appointed on contract.
Submission of the petitioner is that it may be a case of insubordination of a Government servant, however no liability is made out.

No.49527 of 2016 (2) dt.21-12-2016 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, Shyam Bihari Singh, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Kavindra Kumar, Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Dehri, Rohtas/Successor Court in connection with Rohtas (Amjhor) Police Station Case No. 43 of 2016.
