JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 12-12-2018 Petitioner prays for bail in connection with Bettiah Muffasil P.S.Case No. 25 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 394 amd 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is of snatching of motorcycle, laptop and other articles from the informant and petitioner is not named in the FIR.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that after five years of occurrence petitioner has been made accused in this case on the basis of confessional statement, no TIP was held and no recovery was made from his possession and petitioner is in custody for more than six months, having no criminal antecedent.
