Petitioner seeks bail in Parihar P.S. Case No.126 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 272, 273 Indian Penal Code and Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that 11.700 litres Nepali liquor has been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 06.09.2018 having clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73565 of 2018(4) dt.21-02-2019 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the ADJ II cum Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi, in connection with Parihar P.S. Case No.126 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
