The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Basopatti P.S. Case No. 01 of 2019 dated 04.01.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Mr. Sanjay Kumar, learned advocate for the petitioner, after some arguments seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to enable the petitioner to surrender before the court below and seek regular bail.

No.19931 of 2019(2) dt.03-04-2019 2/2 Should such an application be filed on behalf of the petitioner, the court below shall not be prejudiced by the fact that the present petition has not been entertained and shall pass orders in accordance with law.
