Vide order dated 25.02.2003, this Court had directed that the present writ application be listed after disposal of Civil Appeal No. 6098/1997.

As per the office note dated 15.09.2017, it has been pointed out that the said Civil Appeal No. 6098/1997 has been disposed of vide order dated 07.03.2008.

The petitioner will be at liberty to make a representation before the competent authority seeking his relief in light of the order passed in the aforesaid Civil Appeal No.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
