The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Amas P.S. Case No.103 of 2016 registered under Section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the fact that the victim did not name the petitioner Md. Tufail as one of the accused in her statement under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure as also that he has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 21st June, 2016, he (the petitioner) is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with
