JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 26-03-2018 The petitioner has challenged the final order dated 17.09.2008 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Katihar in Maintenance Case No. 134 of 2006 whereby he has been directed to pay an amount of Rs. 3000/- per month to O.P. No. 2 from the date of filing of the present petition i.e. from 08.12.2006.

This Court has been informed that despite the order having been passed in the year 2008, not a single penny has been paid to the O.P. No. 2 till date.

From the order impugned also, there does not appear to be any reason for this Court to interfere with the assessment of the quantum of maintenance which the

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.1116 of 2013 (9) dt.26-03-2018 2/2 petitioner is required to pay to O.P. No. 2.

There is no merit in the present revision petition and hence, it is dismissed.
