It appears that C.W.J.C.No.10066 of 2014 has been dismissed as against Respondent Nos.2 to 4 for non-compliance of per emptory order dated 30.6.2014.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that requisites for issuance of notice on respondent Nos. 2 to 4 have already been filed.

In view of the submissions made in the instant application, C.W.J.C. No.10066 of 2014 is restored to its original file and the instant application is allowed. Let notices go to respondent nos.2 to 4.
