Let the defects, if any, be removed within 15 days of the start of physical Court.

The Office shall submit explanation for placing a very blurred copy of the bail petition alongwith its annexure. The explanation must come through the Registrar (List) and the Registrar General in the administrative side. Heard the parties.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a,26,35 of the Arms Act.

A loaded country made pistol was allegedly recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21496 of 2020(2) dt.06-07-2020 2/2 custody since 14.11.2019. Investigation of the case is already complete. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the entire facts aforesaid and no chance of conclusion of the trial in near future, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Khodawandpur (Chhaurahi O.P.) Police Station Case No.244 of 2019 with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
