This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 12.08.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30833 of 2015. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence in the prayer portion of the main application, "Sheikhpur P.S. Case No. 177 of 2015" has been mentioned in place of "Barbigha P.S. Case No. 177 of 2015" and due to that, the same mistake occurred in the order dated 12.08.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30833 of 2015.

Accordingly, this modification application is allowed and the order dated 12.08.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30833 of 2015 is modified to the extent that in the last paragraph of the order the word "Sheikhpur P.S. Case No. 177 of 2015" mentioned in the order be read as "Barbigha P.S. Case No. 177 of 2015".

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40272 of 2015 (2) dt.26-08-2015 The time for surrender to the petitioner is extended by another three weeks. All the terms and conditions will remain the same as mentioned in the order dated 12.08.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30833 of 2015.
