The trial court has reported that almost all the prosecution witnesses have already been examined and only one chance has been given to the prosecution to adduce its evidence. The aforesaid report goes to show that trial of the petitioner is on the verge of the conclusion. Therefore, again, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and, accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Balrampur P.S.Case No. 155 of 2014, pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge 1st Katihar stands rejected.
However, the trial court should expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible, preferably, within two months from the date of receipt/ production
