4. I.A. No. 1 of 2019 stands allowed accordingly. Re: Civil Review No. 100 of 2019 Having heard Shri Vinay Kirti Singh, learned senior counsel for the applicant and Shri S.D. Sanjay, learned Additional Solicitor General of India, we are not inclined to accept the argument that there is an error apparent on the face of record. Shri Singh has raised several other arguments to justify the cause but that would be on the merits of the claim which can only be contested before a higher forum.
