Petitioners seek bail in Tharthari P.S. Case No.91 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that from the seizure list it will be apparent that fire arm has been recovered from the house of Suresh Prasad, who is husband of petitioner No.1. These petitioners have been made accused merely on suspicion. They are ladies and are in custody since 07.09.2018. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of
