Mr. Bhanu Pratap Singh, APP =========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 23-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The present application has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 11.06.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21266 of 2014.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the order, the provisional bail was granted on the condition that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41830 of 2016 dt.23-11-2016 2/2 complainant shall be kept with full dignity, honour and security, after executing bond for living together peacefully. He submits that the complainant is in the habit of running away and, thus, it would be difficult for him to keep her.

Having considered the submissions, the Court finds no ground to modify its earlier order for the reason that it was passed on the categorical stand taken by the petitioner that he was ready to keep the opposite party no. 2, to which she had also agreed. Further, there is also a minor child out of the wedlock.

Keeping in view the aforesaid position, the present application stands dismissed.
