JUSTICE RAMESH CHAND MALVIYA ORAL ORDER 18-04-2025 The present modification application has been filed by the petitioner for grant of extension of time to surrender before the trial court on furnishing bail bond. The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 18.12.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 63815 of 2024 but due to illness and he could not surrendered and furnish the bail bond before the trial Court. So he prays for extension of further three weeks time to surrender before the trial Court.

2. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial Court within a period of three weeks from today and the modification petition is allowed. The other parts of order dated 18.12.2024 passed in Cr.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21233 of 2025(3) dt.18-04-2025 2/2 Misc. No. 63815 of 2024 shall remain intact.

3. Accordingly, this modification application is disposed off.
