The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with G.O. Case No.547 of 2018 arising out of Keoti P.S. Case No.83 of 2018 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Considering the recovery of eighty two bottles of wine from the tent house belonging to the petitioners and the provision prescribed under sub.section (2) of Section 76 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016, I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest bail.

The application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected. In case, the petitioners surrender and seek bail the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.67586 of 2018(2) dt.18-12-2018 2/2 same shall be considered on its own merits without being prejudiced in any manner by this order.
