Revision No. 163 of 2014 vide which he has dismissed the revision application and confirmed the order dated 05.07.2014 passed by the learned S.D.J.M, Raxaul at Motihari, in Complaint Case No. C-116 of 2012 and also for quashing the order dated 05.07.2014 passed by the learned SDJM Raxaul at Motihari in Complaint Case No. C-116 of 2012.
