The petitioner seeks bail in Bhabua (Sonhan)P.S. Case No. 765 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, 07 FIR named accused persons including this petitioner having armed with lathi, danda, Garasa and pistol assaulted the informant, his uncle and family members, as a result of which uncle of victim became severely injured and died during course of treatment.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the occurrence took place on the issue of grazing of field by shegoat of informant. There is general and omnibus allegation against petitioner. Case and counter case. Both sides sustained

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31656 of 2021(3) dt.06-12-2021 2/2 injury. Petitioner also sustained serious injury. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 03.12.2020. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhabua, Kaimur in connection with Bhabua (Sonhan) P.S. Case No. 765 of 2020.
