2. The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
3. Allegation levelled against this petitioner is that he along with other co-accused persons committed murder of the husband of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R., and his name transpired during course of investigation on the confessional statement of other co-accused persons. Except confessional statement, there

5. Counsel for the informant opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.
6. Considering the fact that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R., and other circumstances of the case , prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed.
7. Let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.
