Trial No. 546 of 2010 whereby and whereunder learned Additional Sessions Judge has rejected the petition dated 31.07.2014 which was filed by the petitioner to call for the station diary dated 29.12.2009 and 30.12.2009 and statement of victim Supriya Kumari from Garhani Police Station, Ara. This case is of the year 2015. It appears that no stay order has been passed in the matter. Further, when the matter is called out, no one is present on behalf of the petitioner to press the matter before the Court. Therefore, it seems that the petitioner has lost interest in the matter.
