2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8, 17(c) and 18(c) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 5 Kg Doda was recovered from hotel of this petitioner.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and fact that huge quantity of doda was recovered from hotel of this petitioner, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected.
