The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Koran Sarai P.S. Case No. 57/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
The informant alleged that when she was sleeping in her house petitioners entered into her house and assaulted her and also tried to outrage her modesty. They also made firing. It is submitted that there is a counter version bearing Koran Sarai P.S. Case No. 58/2015. The informant and the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40301 of 2015 (3) dt.06-11-2015 2/2 petitioners are agnates. They are next door neighbours. On account of petty matter, dispute arose between both the sides. No injury was found on the person of the informant.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Koran Sarai P.S. Case No. 57/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) Rakhi U T
