The petitioner seeks bail in Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 61/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Section 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant lodged a case against unknown for theft in his house in which different articles including Nokia mobile containing Idea SIM bearing no. 9576490929 were stolen. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from the possession of the petitioner Rs. 6,600/- besides a mobile containing two SIMs were recovered but those are not the stolen articles. Petitioner is in jail since 27.08.2016. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above
