Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 181 of 2016 registered under Sections175, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been made accused only on basis of the fact that he was working in the Food Security Godwon, Sitamarhi as Data Entry Operator. Alleged wheat were seized from the Godown of Lalbabu Sah and the said Lalbabu Sah has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 19.12.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 49400 of 2016 (Annexuire-2).
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8446 of 2017 (2) dt.08-03-2017 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 181 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
