Though the present writ petition has been filed for quashing of the order dated 09.10.2020, passed by the Assistant Inspector General, Munger Division, Munger, in Deficit Stamp Case No.18 of 2019, however, at the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to file appropriate appeal, challenging the said order dated 09.10.2020, under Section 47-A(4) of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899. Liberty so sought is granted.

2. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
