2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dalsinghsarai P.S. Case No. 242 of 2023 lodged on 09.06.2023, for the offence punishable under Sections 457, 411 & 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of the petitioner has earlier been rejected vide order dated 24.07.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51933 of 2024 with a specific direction to the Trial court to conclude the trial at the earliest. Counsel submits that the charge has already been framed in this case on 20.08.2024 as stated in paragraph no.8 of the present bail application. Counsel further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 06.11.2023 and the offence in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21408 of 2025(2) dt.20-06-2025 2/2 which the case has been lodged is of magisterial triable.

4. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner but submits that charge has already been framed in this case on 20.08.2024.

5. In the present facts and circumstances of this case as well as considering the period of custody, let the above named petitioner be granted bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand) as mentioned in Section 2(1)(d) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Dalsinghsarai, Samastipur in connection with Dalsinghsarai P.S. Case No. 242 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down U/s 480(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
