Patna High Court MJC No.561 of 2014 (14) dt.25-01-2018 2/2 and it appears from the order dated 23.07.2015 (Annexure C ) that the claim of the petitioner has now been rejected and, therefore, no case for contempt is made out.

In view of Annexure C, the contempt application stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to assail the order of rejection, if so advised.
