====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 26-11-2021 Heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Vishambharpur P. S. Case No.16 of 2021, instituted for the offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 04.02.2021 and he is a person with clean antecedents, charge-sheet has been submitted in this case. Allegation is of recovery of 148 litres of liquor and from the possession of petitioner, it is alleged that 45 litres of liquor was recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 04.02.2021 and he is a person with clean antecedents, charge-sheet has been submitted in this case, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Gopalganj in connection with Vishambharpur P. S. Case No.16 of 2021.

The application stands allowed.
