The petitioner has challenged the election to the post of President, Primary Agriculture Cooperative Society, Motirajpur, BlockGarkha in the district of Saran. The remedy for the petitioner lies by filing an appropriate application under the provisions of the Bihar Cooperative Societies Act, 1935 read with the Bihar State Election Authority Act, 2008 and he shall be at liberty to take recourse to the same.
