Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-387/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner was caught by the informant, when the petitioner handed over a letter of demand of extortion money. Submission on behalf of petitioner is that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and as a matter of fact, the FIR named accused asked the petitioner to give the aforesaid letter to the informant and in bona fide, the petitioner gave the aforesaid letter to the informant.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42519 of 2016 (2) dt.06-10-2016 2/2 named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kharagpur (Sampur) P.S. Case No. 37 of 2016 to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Munger.
