Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457 and 380/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The offence alleged is theft in the dwelling house of the informant. Name of the petitioner has transpired in the confessional statement of named accused Golu Rai. Submission is that Golu Rai has already been allowed bail by the learned court below which is evident from the impugned order itself.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
