Petitioner seeks bail in Bhabua P.S. Case No. 642 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 414/34 Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that petitioner along with another accused was apprehended with two motorcycles. They could not produce any paper of the motorcycles. Seizure list is part of First Information Report.

It has been submitted that petitioner is in custody since 05.09.2018 having clean antecedents.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.67481 of 2018(2) dt.26-11-2018 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhabua, in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No. 642 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
