Petitioner retired as Professor from Lalit Narain Mithila University. He has filed this writ petition for a direction to the authority of the University for payment of his retiral dues. By filing counter affidavit and supplementary counter affidavit, the University has stated in paragraphs 4 and 5 of the supplementary counter affidavit that entire retiral dues of the petitioner has been paid after deducting income tax. In view of the statement made in paragraphs 4 and 5 of

Patna High Court CWJC No.7273 of 2011 dt.27-03-2015 2/2 the supplementary counter affidavit, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to represent before the ViceChancellor of the University, if any further amount is due or he disputes the quantum received.
