ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 29-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered under Sections 409, 417, 420 and 423/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering that the Petitioner is ready to deposit Rs.1 lac without prejudice to her case within a period of three months, let the petitioner above named be released on provisional anticipatory bail for such period in connection with Murliganj P.S. case No.170 of 2011 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.5,000/- (five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Madhepura, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as also condition that one of the bailor will be a close relative of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34471 of 2013 (4) dt.29-01-2015 2/2 petitioner who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the petitioner. The bailor will undertake to furnish information to the Court about any change in address of the petitioner.
