Petitioner is in custody since 17.08.2016 in connection with Kasba P.S. Case No. 63 of 2016 registered under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

The matter relates to theft in the house of the informant. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. nor he has committed any offence of theft rather he has falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics on the confessional statement of one Ajit Kumar. Except confessional statement of co-accused, nothing is against this petitioner. 5.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of accusation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.774 of 2017 (2) dt.12-01-2017 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Purnea in connection with Kasba P.S. Case No. 63 of 2016.
